Course Description

The course will start with a look at order statistics and will then touch on censored sampling. From there we go on to NonParametric tests. One and Two sample Binomial Tests, Wilcoxon Paired-Sample Signed Rank Tests, Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney Tests along with correlation tests. We also look at regression, BLUE's, least square estimators and correlation coefficients.

Grading

Homework/Quizzes 100
Exam #1 100
Exam #2 100
Final 200
---------------------------
Total 500

Plus/minus grading will be employed in figuring the final grades for this course. Since the lowest homework/quiz score will be dropped, there will be no makeups for the quizzes. Homework is due one week from when assigned.

All students are expected to attend classes regularly. In order to protect honest students, the consequences of cheating on an exam can include a failing class grade and being reported to the administration.
